Service Terms
Scope and delivery start
The order defines the package, building, unique floor layouts, interior models, life scenes, interactive points, reviews and additions. The delivery commitment starts after the assets and content are approved in writing and pauses while waiting for the client.
Ownership of materials and technology
The client retains ownership of its brand, files and supplied materials. ExaRoll retains its reusable code, source projects, production system, templates, libraries and rebuildable technical assets. Source files are not delivered; the client receives the agreed rights to use the final deliverables.
Content accuracy
The client is responsible for the accuracy of plans, prices, availability, supplied materials and usage rights. The interactive experience is marketing material and does not replace a sale agreement, disclosure or official document.
Cancellation and refunds
A full refund is available before production begins. After production starts, completed work and non-refundable external costs are deducted. If the asset review reveals extra scope and the client rejects it before production, the payment is refunded in full.
Reviews and implementation errors
The order includes the number of reviews shown in the package. Implementation errors are corrected for 30 days after launch. New features, content, models or animation are priced separately.
Hosting and renewal
Prices include the first 12 months. ExaRoll/Web renews at 15% of project value with a minimum of AED 2,990 per year. White-label renews at 20% with a minimum of AED 9,900. A 30-day grace period applies, followed by 90 days of asset retention after suspension.
Coupons and partner attribution
Only one offer or promotion code may apply to an order. Partner discounts apply to the base package only; additions remain at list price. A verified purchase may be attributed to an approved ExaRoll marketing partner. Commission is calculated on the paid base-package value after the follower discount and before VAT; additions are excluded. ExaRoll pays the commission without adding a customer fee, and refunds may reduce, reverse or claw back the related commission.
Case studies and confidentiality
Unless the order records a written confidentiality opt-out, the client permits ExaRoll to request and use agreed, non-confidential project visuals, experience footage and approved outcomes for its portfolio, demonstrations and case studies. ExaRoll will not publish confidential commercial data or unapproved client materials. The client may request confidentiality in writing before publication, and that decision is recorded with the order.
